CORRUPTION COUNTERACTION UNDER THE MODERN CONDITIONS
The article raises the question of necessity to intensify corruption counteraction in our country; reveals the flagrant violations of law and official powers by certain staff members of law enforcement agencies and federal execution service; presents the court practice statistics.
