TSG101在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及意义
目的在成纤维细胞3T3随机突变试验中证实中肿瘤易感基因TSG101是一个潜在的肿瘤抑制基因,探讨肿瘤易感基因TSG101在甲状腺乳状癌组织中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学方法（SP法）检测40例甲状腺乳头状癌和相应癌旁正常甲状腺滤泡上皮中的TSG101的表达情况,采用Western blot方法检测TSG101在20例甲状腺乳头状癌和10例相应癌旁正常甲状腺滤泡上皮中的蛋白表达情况。结果TSG101在甲状腺乳头状癌中表达率为80%,TSG101在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达明显高于相应癌旁正常甲状腺滤泡上皮,TSG101在甲状腺乳头状癌中的蛋白水平明显高于其在相应正常甲状腺滤泡上皮中的表达。结论T...
