经颅多普勒超声诊断脑动脉狭窄与脑血管造影的对比分析
目的研究TCD对脑动脉狭窄的诊断价值,探讨脑动脉狭窄的合理检查程序。方法选择缺血性脑血管病住院患者59例行TCD及DSA检查,将结果分为五组,进行回顾性对照统计分析,以DSA为诊断标准,计算TCD诊断各组血管狭窄的特异性、敏感性。结果 TCD诊断MCAI、CA、VA、BA、SUB-A各组血管狭窄的敏感性和特异性分别为89.47%、93.94%,57.89%、97.98%,68.75%、95.10%,90.00%、97.22%,100%、100%。结论 TCD对脑血管狭窄的诊断有较高的敏感性和特异性。TCD可以作为脑血管狭窄的筛选手段。
