8847例孕妇血清标志物产前筛查探讨
<正>探讨通过妇幼保健三级网络,利用孕妇孕中期血清标志物甲胎蛋白（AFP）、游离β-绒毛膜促性腺激素（freeβ-HCG）、雌三醇（uE3）,进行产前筛查唐氏综合征、神经管畸形,降低出生缺陷,现报道如下。1对象和方法1.1对象来自2008年1月-2010年8月哈尔滨市妇幼保健院产前筛查门诊、产前检查门诊,基层保健所的孕妇,凡妊14-20周（个别病例有大于20周）,孕妇同意接受本检查共8847例,孕妇年龄20-42岁。
