碱改性污泥陶粒对水中Ni<sup>2+</sup>的吸附

采用污水厂污泥、黏土及粉煤灰烧制污泥陶粒,用NaOH溶液对其改性制得碱改性污泥陶粒(AMSC),对AMSC进行SEM表征,并考察其对水中Ni2+的吸附性能,同时研究AMSC吸附模拟废水中Ni2+的反应机理。结果表明:AMSC表面呈蜂窝状结构,在初始Ni2+为10 mg/L、AMSC投加量为28 g/L、pH为7~8、20℃条件下反应180 min,AMSC对Ni2+的去除率可达98%。pH对AMSC吸附Ni2+影响显著,最佳pH范围为4.09~10.02,对应的Ni2+去除率在83.25%~96%。AMSC对Ni2+的吸附过程符合准二级反应动力学模型及Langmuir等温吸附模型。
