Among the distinctions between the zetetic and the dogmatic perspectives: notes on the juridical research in Brazil
This paper intends to show how Theodor Viehweg’s distiction between the zetetic and dogmatic perspectives is still able to contribute to the diagnostic and analysis of the juridical knowledge crisis and production of juridical literature in Brazil.
