EDI-OCT对老年黄斑变性脉络膜厚度的研究
目的利用OCT加强深度扫描模式测量比较湿性和干性老年黄斑变性（AMD）脉络膜厚度。方法采用回顾性病例对照研究。对经眼底荧光造影（fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA）确诊的以单侧眼为湿性AMD且对侧眼为干性AMD的28例患者（56眼）作为研究组,另选取与AMD组年龄与性别相匹配的正常人30例30眼作为对照。使用光学相干断层扫描的加强深度扫描模式（coherence tomography with enhanced depth imaging,OCT-EDI）水平位及垂直位扫描黄斑区,测量黄斑中心凹下（subfoveal choroidal thickness,S...
