三个地理种群野生棘胸蛙肠道微生物多样性和功能分析
研究不同生活环境下棘胸蛙（<italic>Quasipaa spinosa</italic>）肠道微生物的差异，利用16S rRNA高通量测序技术，对中国东部（浙江）、中部（广东和江西）和西部（广西和贵州）3个地理种群的棘胸蛙进行肠道菌群的多样性和功能分析。测序结果显示：东部、中部和西部地区共有OTU 530个，各地区特有OTU分别为48、123、118个。西部地区棘胸蛙肠道菌群的物种丰富度和多样性最高，3个地理种群棘胸蛙的优势菌门均为拟杆菌门（Bacteroidetes）、变形菌门（Proteobacteria）和厚壁菌门（Firmicutes）。在属水平上，西部地理种群的阿克曼菌属（<it...
