Denosumab-associated hypocalcemia in a patient with chronic kidney disease and Paget's disease
Objective: To report diagnostic and management challenges of the case of a 91-year-old male patient with Paget's disease (PD) and secondary hyperparathyroidism due to renal disease treated with Denosumab (D-mab), which ultimately resulted in life-threatening hypocalcemia.
