(1-x)PST-xPZT陶瓷的热释电性能研究

用静态法对不同制备工艺和不同PZT掺杂量的(1-x)PST-xPZT陶瓷的热释电系数进行了测试,发现随着PZT掺入量的增加逐渐降低PSTZT陶瓷的热释电系数.采用两步法工艺制备的PSTZT陶瓷和在较高烧结温度下制备的PSTZT陶瓷的热释电系数较大.
