儿童社区获得性肺炎血清MLR、PLR与疾病严重程度的相关性及危险因素分析
<span id="ChDivSummary" name="ChDivSummary" class="abstract-text">目的 探讨儿童社区获得性肺炎(CAP)血清单核细胞与淋巴细胞比值(MLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)与疾病严重程度的相关性及危险因素分析。方法 选取2021年12月至2022年12月期间北京市大兴区人民医院收治的157例儿童CAP患者作为研究对象，设为疾病组。按照病情的严重程度分为轻症组(n=119)和重症组(n=38)。同时选取体检健康儿童60例作为健康组。比较疾病组和健康组、轻症组和重症组相关指标，并采用Logistic二元回归相关分析对影响因素进行分析...
