A novel presentation of atypical bilateral Chandler syndrome with an insight into management
We report an atypical presentation of bilateral Chandler's syndrome with secondary angle-closure glaucoma. Right eye (RE) AS-OCT showed higher lens vault. Left eye (LE) had decompensated cornea.
