硒结合蛋白1在肝癌中的表达及其临床意义
目的探讨硒结合蛋白1(selenium binding protein 1,SBP1)在肝癌组织中的表达及其可能的临床意义。方法采用组织芯片技术以及免疫组化SP法检测118例肝癌组织和10例非癌肝组织中SBP1的表达,并分析其与肝癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 SBP1在118例肝癌组织有60例表达阳性,阳性表达率为50.85%,而在10例非癌肝组织中有9例表达为阳性,阳性表达率为90%。SBP1的表达与肝癌的肿瘤大小、浸润深度和TNM分期相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、分化程度、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 SBP1在肝癌组织中的低表达与肿瘤大小、浸润深度和TNM分期有关,可能作为...
