ESTIMATING THE EFFICIENCY OF INTEREST-RATE POLICY IN THE FRAMEWORK OF MONETARY POLICY IN VIETNAM

The article considers the evaluation process of interest-rate policy in Vietnam from 1980 to the present time and makes a conclusion that this policy was aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the interest-rate instrument in the framework of monetary policy of the State Bank of Vietnam.
