磷酸铵镁沉淀法处理石煤提钒低浓度氨氮废水
采用磷酸铵镁沉淀法处理石煤提钒沉钒母液中低浓度的氨氮,研究了pH﹑沉淀药剂﹑温度及反应时间对氨氮脱除效果的影响。结果表明:调节废水pH=10.3、以MgCl2.6H2O和Na2HPO4.12H2O为沉淀剂、n(NH4+)∶n(Mg2+)∶n(PO43-)=1.0∶1.3∶1.2、20～30℃搅拌反应60 min,可将废水中的氨氮由297 mg/L降低至10.8 mg/L,达到国家综合污水排放标准(GB 8978—1996)中的Ⅰ级标准。
