Copper Incorporation into CdS Thin Films by Ionic Exchange in an Aqueous Solution Process at Room Temperature
Cadmium sulfide (CdS) thin films were deposited, on glass substrates, at 70°C for 120 min using an ammonium-free chemical bath deposition process.
