Pilot Production of 12%Cr Type Steels for Turbine Blades Produced by EAF+VOD-ESR-825 mm Mill
The 12%Cr type steels- 1Cr12Mo and 2Cr12NiMolW1V for turbine blades have been pilot produced by 30 t EAF+ VOD-ESR(2~3 t ingot)-825mm mill at Changcheng Special Steel.The results showed that as 1Cr12Mo steel analysis was C 0.13～0.15 ,Cr 11.70～11.90 ,Ni 0.46～0.55 ,Mo 0.34～0.47 and 2Cr12NiMolW1V steel...
