妊娠期妇女血中α1-抗胰蛋白酶与纤维蛋白原相关性研究 附视频
目的 了解正常非孕妇女及早、中、晚各妊娠期妇女血中 αｌ－ＡＴ及ＦＩＢ的浓度，分析这２种因子的变化及相互关系。方法 采用免疫比浊法检测７４例非孕及早、中、晚妊娠妇女血浆中的 αｌ－ＡＴ及ＦＩＢ的浓度。结果 αｌ－ＡＴ随孕周增加而减少，ＦＩＢ随孕周增加而增加，ＦＩＢ与 α１－ＡＴ呈显著负相关，两者的回归方程为 ｙ＝－７９．１２ｘ＋６１９．１８（ｘ为 α１－ＡＴ，ｙ为ＦＩＢ）。结论ａｌ－ＡＴ参与妊娠期凝血抗凝系统的调节，αｌ－ＡＴ对妊娠期间高凝状态有重要作用。
