苯乙酸对胶质瘤细胞形态的影响
目的 观察苯乙酸诱导分化胶质瘤细胞C6过程中，对细胞形态的影响。方法 采用醋酸双氧铀电子染色，电子显微镜（电镜）下观察培养C6细胞在应用苯乙酸后的超微结构变化。结果 应用苯乙酸后，C6细胞核形变规整，由畸形核变为类圆形。胞浆中代表细胞分化程度的粗面内质网大量增生。结论 苯乙酸可在亚细胞水平使C6细胞分化程度提高，恶性度降低。
