IFN-α 2b治疗慢性丙型肝炎过程中sICAM-1、sE-selectin水平的变化
目的 检测sICAM 1和sE selectin水平的变化在判断干扰素 α 2b（IFN α 2b）治疗慢性丙型肝炎 （CHC）患者疗效中的意义。方法 采用ELISA法检测 32例CHC患者治疗前和治疗后不同时期血清sICAM 1和sE selectin水平 ,全自动生化分析仪检测ALT水平。结果 CHC患者治疗前血清sICAM 1和sE selectin水平均显著高于正常对照组 （P <0 0 1） ,且均与ALT活性密切正相关 （rI=0 8914 ,rE=0 794 6 ） ;IFN α2b治疗有效者治疗前血清sICAM 1和sE selectin水平均显著高于无效者 （P <0...
