初步探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌中的p33/ING1表达的意义
目的观察口腔鳞状细胞癌中的p33/ING1基因表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法分别选取口腔黏膜正常组织30例、异常口腔黏膜增生组织30例、口腔鳞状细胞癌黏膜组织30例,观察p33/ING1在人正常口腔黏膜上皮角化细胞(Normal Oral Keratinocyte,NOK)、人口腔黏膜上皮异常增生细胞(Dysplastic Oral Keratinocyte,DOK)和人口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞(Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达情况。结果 ING在NOK细胞中的表达要远远高于在OSCC细胞中的表达,有显著性差异和统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 p33/I...
