MACC1对宫颈癌细胞侵袭转移能力的影响
目的探讨结肠癌转移相关基因1（MACC1）对宫颈癌细胞Hela侵袭转移能力的影响及机制。方法Western blot法检测我院10例宫颈癌组织标本和10例癌旁正常组织标本中MACC1的表达,通过脂质体将siRNAMACC1转入宫颈癌Hela细胞中,MTT法检测细胞活力,Transwell法检测细胞和迁移侵袭能力,Western blot检测基质金属蛋白酶（MMPs）及上皮细胞-间充质转化（EMT）相关蛋白表达量。结果宫颈癌组织中的MACC1表达量高于癌旁正常组织（P<0.01）,通过脂质体将siRNA-MACC1及阴性对照转染到宫颈癌Hela细胞后,与对照组比较,siRNA-MACC1组中细胞...
