精子发生基因表达的调控研究进展
在精子发生的不同阶段,睾丸组织特异性基因的按严格的时间、空间特性表达,这些基因在不同的调节因子作用下从多个层次对精子发生过程进行调控,最终形成成熟的精子。本文对生精细胞及非生精细胞中睾丸特异性基因的表达及其调控进行了综述。
