高效余热海水淡化器的试验研究
在一般船用柴油机中,大约有15~17%的柴油总热量会由夹套冷却水带走,而另一方后又需设置夹套水冷却器将这些淡水降温以便回用?利用气缸头夹套水排出的60℃~70℃冷却水作为热源,以舷外海水作为冷源,将被加热的海水在真空条件下蒸发?分离?冷凝来制取淡水,选用最新强化传热管技术设计制造的这种装置由于采用强化传热技术,故设备具有高效?省材?紧凑?重量轻?节能等优点?可减少带水出海,可增加船舶载货能力及续航能力?
