Effective treatment of gallbladder neuroendocrine carcinoma with nivolumab
Key clinical message An 89‐year‐old patient with gallbladder neuroendocrine neoplasms (GB‐NENs) and lung cancer metastasis underwent nivolumab monotherapy, resulting in tumor shrinkage. Surgery and adjuvant nivolumab showed efficiency despite low expression of PD‐L1.
