离子抑制色谱法检测环境水中萘磺酸盐同分异构体
建立了环境水中萘磺酸染料中间体α-萘磺酸钠、β-萘磺酸钠同分异构体的离子抑制色谱(ISC)分析方法。以Eclipse XDB-C18 为色谱分析柱，优化出的色谱分离条件：流动相为V(水，pH=4)∶V(甲醇)=90∶10；流速0.7mL/min；柱温40 ℃；检测波长275 nm。α-萘磺酸钠、β-萘磺酸钠的加样萃取回收率为85%和90%，样品的检出限为2.0 μg/L。检测方法简便，快速，经济，数据重现性好。
