Development and Practice of Low Alloy High Strength 30CrMnTi Steel Wire Rod

采用120 t BOF-LF-180 mm×180 mm连铸坯-线材轧制工艺,成功开发30CrMnTi钢盘条（/%:0.26～0.27C、0.84～0.86Mn、1.07～1.08Cr、0.055～0.066Ti）。通过采用LF精炼前期喂铝线,后期喂钙线,精炼渣碱度5～6,中间包钢水过热度20～40℃,控冷控轧精轧后温度890℃等工艺措施,结果表明,Φ6.5 mm盘条[O]（15～19）×10-6,[N]（45～58）×10-6,D细0.5～1.0级,其余0～0.5级,平均抗拉强度706 MPa,断面收缩率72%,HRB硬度值≤90;总脱碳层<1.0%D,各项指标均满足客户要求。
