Phylogenetic analysis of CPV isolate of Manipur
This study was undertaken to determine the prevalent strain and epidemiological pattern of CPV isolates from Manipur. PCR was done with type-specific primers sets pCPV-2, pCPV-2ab and pCPV-2b.
