Este estudo analisa o recorte espacial do trajeto da Rede de Integração Latino-Americana (RILA) no percurso que atravessa o estado de Mato Grosso do Sul
com o objetivo de identificar as possíveis mudanças nas dinâmicas territoriais provocadas pela implementação desse corredor rodoviário
que paulatinamente vem reconfigurando o ordenamento territorial do estado
sobretudo no que se refere a lógica de viabilização de infraestrutura de circulação
que ora condiciona a celeridade da fluidez
ora evidencia as transformações incrustadas nesse espaço.
