L’institution judiciaire, en raison de l’encombrement de son rôle, est mal aimée, critiquée, malmenée... On dit qu’elle ne répond plus aux attentes des justiciables, parce que le procès est long, complexe, coûteux, technique ; quant au jugement, il est trop souvent qualifié d’aléatoire ou d’obscur....
