Une dévote auvergnate au temps du Roi-Soleil
Elle s’appelait Jeanne Morgue. Née en 1632 dans la famille d’un notaire royal du bourg de Saint-Amant-Roche-Savine en Auvergne (600 communiants en 1660), elle s’était mariée à quinze ans à Pierre Concheton, habitant du même lieu. Veuve à trente-sept ans, elle avait alors élevé seule les cinq enfants...
