Controlling the Resting Membrane Potential of Cells with Conducting Polymer Microwires
Conducting polymer microwires were used to control the resting membrane potential of E. coli cells. It is expected that these microwires will provide a new, non-invasive, cellular-scale, tool for the control of resting membrane potential with high spatial precision. [Image: see text]
